    This retreat is all about getting into our heads and out of our bodies. Experience the magic of BUTI, rest into a Yin class and feel what it’s like to move your body in a new way.

    Dive deep within yourself as you are guided to learn about pieces of you. Learn about pieces of your brain and why and how we process different emotions the way we do.

    Good Food

    This is more than feeding our bellies. Once we spend time allowing ourselves to be vulnerable and we move our bodies together, breaking bread as a community becomes so much more. We work with dietary restrictions.

    Free Time

    Part of this experience is taking time to integrate each moment. The only way to do this is to take time for yourself. We have scheduled time for you to tuck yourself away and journal or meditate. Free time, just for you.

    Release

    All of these things have been carefully curated to bring you a release. A release of the things that do not serve you. A release of old idea and a chance to shake it all out of your body. We hope that you will head home feeling like a new and refreshed version of you.

Our Services

Prices include lodging, food, workshops… all of it! :)

Camping - $450

Camp under the “big sky” of Montana. Bring your own tent and bedding. Camp sites are set just in front of the studio and house with all the same amenities of staying in the house.

Shared Room - $500

Meet a new bestie, or come with a friend. This option will be an indoor summer camp sleeping experience. Share a bed and talk into the wee hours of the morning.

Private Room - $550

Enjoy sleeping solo? Wake up rested and ready for the next days events by snagging your own bed indoors!
